Job summary

Sephora Canada is hiring a Beauty Advisor for its AB-Bower Place location in Red Deer. You will greet clients with warmth, perform personalized consultations, and recommend products to enhance confidence and beauty.

This on-site role emphasizes staying current with trends and maintaining a clean, inviting shop floor. You will work 30-40 hours weekly in full-time shifts or 15-29 hours for part-time, with peak scheduling during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours:
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 0-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

Qualifications/Experience

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$17.00 - CAD$20.00/hr.
