As a Beauty Advisor, you will provide friendly and knowledgeable service to all clients in our Colour, Skincare, Fragrance & Cash areas.

  • Customer Service: Greet all clients with enthusiasm, provide courteous and knowledgeable service, determine client needs, suggest appropriate products, and provide makeovers as needed.
  • Training & Development: Complete in-depth brand training, pursue additional product knowledge, and cross-train with other Beauty Advisors.
  • Operational Excellence: Participate in inventory control, communicate inventory concerns, ensure compliance with sampling policies, stay informed about store events, and participate in programs to reduce shortages and losses. Be knowledgeable of cashier functions if assigned.
