Cosmoprof Canada is recruiting a Sales Associate to guide customers through their beauty routines and build lasting relationships. You will help shoppers select color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, while leveraging promotions and loyalty programs to enrich the experience.

Qualifications
- Provide excellent customer service to help shoppers find products and answer questions.
- Demonstrate product knowledge across hair, cosmetics, skin care and nails to guide purchases.
- Build relationships and inspire shopper loyalty through friendly interactions.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
- Recommend additional and complimentary products.
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
- Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
