Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Armani Beauty Advisor to build lasting customer relationships, provide expert product guidance, and deliver personalized service while achieving individual and brand sales targets.

You will meet/exceed sales goals, acquire new customers, and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and store managers. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required in a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• At least two years of experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Luxury retail sales experience preferred; makeup artistry or aesthetics certification may be required for certain brands.

Responsibilities
