Beauty Advisor Overview

The main responsibility of the Beauty Advisor is to achieve sales and KPIs through a customer-first approach. With passion and enthusiasm, they serve as an ambassador for the brand.

Role Responsibilities
  • Providing unbiased customer advice with strong product knowledge

  • Exceeding sales targets and company acquisition goals for N.dulge
  • Following stock handling policies to ensure accuracy and minimize loss
  • Communicating clearly with the store team
  • Engaging confidently with external partners and visitors
  • Contributing to a welcoming, inclusive store environment
  • Maintaining and sharing up-to-date product knowledge
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures
