The Beauty Advisor is responsible for developing deep, long-lasting relationships with customers that lead to increased sales, service, and loyalty. Compensation is commission-based and directly tied to sales results.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service consistently
• Exceeding personal sales and service goals
• Building a loyal client base through acquisition, development, and retention
• Sharing product knowledge with the team
• Maintaining relationships with buyers, vendors, and management
• Driving sales through marketing opportunities and event execution
• Participating in educational sessions
• Performing floor recovery and visual merchandising
• Communicating with clients about events, merchandise, and follow-up
• Resolving customer issues and collaborating with management
• Performing additional duties as assigned

Ideal candidate profile:

• High school diploma
• Proven sales achievement
• Team-oriented and collaborative
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• At least two years in a commission-based sales environment
• Make-up artistry or aesthetics certification may be required for some brands
