What You'll Do

As a Senior BDC Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our success. Your responsibilities include:

  • Conducting cold and warm calls to local customers (minimum of 50 cold calls per day)
  • Generating leads through various channels
  • Introducing solar energy and its benefits
  • Booking high-quality appointments
  • Following up with leads and customers
  • Managing inbound calls and internet leads
  • Rebooking stale appointments
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Communicating effectively to overcome objections and ensure customer satisfaction

BDC Consultants will be trained to close their own appointments, with a goal of setting at least 2 appointments per day and closing no fewer than 5 deals per month.

Qualifications
  • Comfortable and confident on the phone
  • Previous sales experience required
  • Ability to overcome objections
  • Proficient with CRM and Google Workspace
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented
Compensation
  • 100% commission-based role
