What You’ll Do : As a BDC Agent at Strickland’s, you’ll be the voice of the dealership, interacting with our valued customers to ensure their needs are met. Responsibilities include :

• Making outbound calls to existing customers and handling inbound leads.
• Scheduling and confirming sales and service appointments.
• Accurately completing Customer Service Index (CSI) reports.
• Distributing incoming leads to our sales team.
