The Drive Ahead

  • Answer inbound phone calls to schedule service appointments across multiple dealership locations
  • Make outbound calls to reconnect with customers and schedule follow-ups
  • Coordinate appointment availability for various makes and models
  • Accurately update and maintain customer and vehicle records in the system
  • Support dealership campaigns, service promotions, and appointment reminders
  • Escalate concerns as needed to ensure excellent customer experience
  • Collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
