Job summary

Monarch House in Calgary is seeking a part-time Registered Behaviour Analyst to assess, design, monitor, and supervise ABA interventions for children and youth with ASD and related needs. You will focus primarily on clients in the ABA program and collaborate with caregivers and a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires BCBA certification, a master's in ABA or related field, and strong leadership skills. Evening or weekend hours may be required, with pro-rated salary reflective of 25 hours per

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with ASD/Developmental Disabilities.
Ability to supervise and mentor clinicians.

Responsibilities

Assess client needs and caregiver priorities.
Develop, monitor, and supervise behavior plans.
Conduct Functional Analyses.
Provide training and feedback for ABA Therapists and Lead Therapists.
Lead team meetings with caregivers and other professionals.
Develop and update treatment plans as required.
Maintain knowledge of evidence-based practices.
Supervise graduate students and ABA students as appropriate.
Supervise ABA Therapists and RBTs.
