Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Credentialed as a BCBA.
  • At least two years of experience with youth and adults with dual diagnosis and severe problem behavior.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, monitor, and supervise behaviour plans for clients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create support plans.
  • Conduct functional behaviour assessments and analyses.
  • Supervise and mentor staff including Lead Therapists and BCaBAs.

CBI Home Health, Specialized Community Services, New Brunswick, is growing and seeks to add a BCBA to our team. You will work with ABAs and RBTs to implement applied behaviour analytic interventions for youth and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental and behavioural challenges.

  • Sign-on bonus of $2,500 and up to $5,000 for relocation

Your Role:
  • Develop, monitor, and supervise behaviour plans for clients
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create support plans
  • Conduct functional behaviour assessments and analyses
  • Lead team meetings and work with caregivers and professionals
  • Supervise and mentor staff including Lead Therapists and BCaBAs
  • Measure behaviour, graph data, and coach staff
  • Provide ongoing training and feedback to staff
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Credentialed as a BCBA
  • At least two years of experience with youth and adults with dual diagnosis and severe problem behaviour
  • Experience with CALS, AFLS, or EFL assessment tools is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle
  • Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check within last 6 months
