Sobeys is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily shift operations in Delta, BC. In partnership with Buyer/Planner, you will ensure output targets, quality, and food safety standards are met while coaching a diverse team.

Responsibilities include managing scheduling, production priorities, record keeping, and continuous improvement. You will promote a safe, efficient, and customer-focused operation with strong communication across departments.

Competenze

• 1–2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1–2 years' direct supervision experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and team building skills.
• Able to direct a diverse workforce.
• Excellent organizational skills with initiative and flexibility.
• Understanding of production planning, scheduling, and cost analysis.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Critical thinking, analytical and detailed oriented preferred.
• Understanding of manufacturing regulations regarding safety, quality, HACCP, BRC and GMP's.
• Ability to analyze cost performance data to improve operations and reduce costs.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.
