Job summary

A leading service provider is looking for a Remote Inbound Sales Agent to provide exceptional service to Australian customers. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights. You will answer inbound inquiries regarding junk removal services and help convert these inquiries into bookings. After an extensive paid training period, you will work from home with a focus on delivering great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in Canada and currently resides in BC.
• Available for training for first 3 weeks from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday PST.
• Available to work between 12 PM and 2 AM, Monday-Sunday PST.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming Australian calls and provide a world-class experience.
• Convert inquiries to bookings for junk removal.
• Complete 3 weeks of fully paid remote training.

1-800-GOT-JUNK?, part of O2E Brands, is hiring happy, hard-working individuals to join our 250+ Remote Inbound Sales Agents across Canada.

• Hiring Immediately for August 22nd
• Full-Time. Work 5 days on & 2 days off
• Availability to work shifts anytime between Monday-Sunday 12 PM - 2 AM, PST.

A Day in the Life

• Answer incoming Australian calls and provide a world-class experience for our Australian customers
• You receive inbound calls only - there are no outbound cold calls in this role
• Sell the magic of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? by explaining how we can make junk disappear with just a point of a finger
• Customers call in for various reasons, such as inquiring about our services, they have junk to remove and want to see if we service their area, if and when we can take it away, and often ask about pricing. In these instances, you will answer their questions with the goal of converting those inquiries to bookings for our truck team members to take away their items
• All new agents must be available to start on August 22nd
• You receive 3 weeks of fully paid remote training, so you are set up for success
• After the 3-week training, each agent joins a team led by a dedicated Team Lead who’s there to support your development and help you continue learning and growing.

What You Bring to the Table

You are legally authorized to work in Canada AND currently reside in BC,

• Training availability for the first 3 weeks to work between 7 AM and 3.30 PM, Monday-Friday PST
• Following training, availability to work between 12 PM and 2 AM, Monday - Sunday PST
• A very friendly telephone mannerism, strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable learning new technology & good typing speed (minimum 25wpm)
• A quiet space at home, a quick & reliable internet connection, and a good personal computer with 8GB memory
• A wired connection using an Ethernet cable is required
• Experience with sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or other relevant experience is a plus!
