· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

· Wage: $18.00~$20.00/hour (depending on experience)

Job Duties:

· Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

· Train workers in job duties, and procedures of sanitation and safety

· Check the food and service meet the quality control standards

· Prepare budget and cost estimates

· Keep the records of stock, sales, and wastage

· May assist with hiring hall and kitchen staff, and establish their work schedules

· Address customers’ complaints or concerns

Job requirements:

· Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food service is required.

· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
