Job Duties:

• Estimate, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
• Oversee and conduct staff performance
• Develop, implement, and analyze budgets
• Monitor revenues and adapt to procedures and prices
• Hire, train and manage staff
• Implement customer service strategy and marketing plans
• Maintain health and safety regulations are followed

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
