Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist @ RGBSI | MBA, BE

Job Description:

The Propulsion System BMS EOL Engineer supports design and manufacturing teams in assembly plants. This role involves collaboration with lead BMS and Pack Integration DRE, software engineers, technical specialists, and plant personnel to ensure the successful implementation of Battery Management Systems in battery pack assembly and vehicles.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Develop and verify BMS calibrations.
  2. Perform Battery EOL testing, troubleshoot, and report issues for resolution.
  3. Analyze EOL data using Vector CAN tools, INCA, or diagnostic tools to support problem solving.
  4. Author EOL tester change requests and support change control processes.
  5. Establish and document new requirements, best practices, and lessons learned.
  6. Support vehicle triage and system troubleshooting on the assembly line and in the field.
  7. Collect and analyze data during calibration activities.
  8. Identify root causes of functional and software issues affecting calibration progress.
  9. Conduct virtual and in-vehicle testing to achieve calibration milestones.
  10. Collaborate with the center of competency to review issues and follow calibration best practices.
  11. Support vehicle fleet and logistics activities.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data acquisition and diagnostic tools such as INCA and CANalyzer.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Teamwork and proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in application engineering principles and attention to detail.
  • 5+ years of industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Electrical Engineering degree.
  • Experience with High Voltage Battery or Powertrain systems.
  • Knowledge of electronic system troubleshooting and embedded controls.
  • Familiarity with diagnostics and root cause analysis tools like INCA, CDA, CANalyzer, Canoe.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent manufacturing experience.
