Responsibilities

• Assist in all phases of bathroom renovation, including demolition, framing, drywall, plumbing, and fixture installation.
• Ensure the foreman can maintain workflow by proactively preparing materials and tools needed for each task.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards.
• Communicate effectively with the foreman and other team members to anticipate needs and prevent work stoppages.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and coachability
• Previous experience in residential renovations, particularly bathrooms, preferred but not required.
• Ability to take direction and work independently when required.

Compensation

$18 - $20 hourly
