Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring visual appeal
• Recommend menu items, suggest pairings, and upsell
• Become knowledgeable about all menu offerings, including allergens and dietary restrictions
• Monitor guest behavior to identify signs of intoxication and handle situations appropriately
• Ensure accurate cash handling and secure transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and equipment

Qualifications

• Passion for people and fun; at least 19 years old with a minimum of one year bartending experience
• Professionalism and keen attention to detail
• Approachable attitude and effective communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
• Desire to deliver excellent experiences for guests and team
