What you will do:

Join a revolutionary entertainment concept, The Rec Room, which features attractions like simulation games, redemption gaming, luxury bowling, billiards, shuffleboard, ping pong, live entertainment, an upscale casual dining environment, and a large digital display bar area. As a Bartender, you will prepare drinks, serve guests, check IDs, handle payments, and maintain the bar area. You will also be responsible for stock management and ensuring a safe and friendly environment.

Job Duties

• Mix cocktails and drinks according to recipes
• Wash glasses and utensils
• Pour wine and beer
• Handle payments and operate POS
• Serve food and drinks to guests
• Verify guest IDs for alcohol purchase
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure guest safety
• Clean and organize the bar area
• Order and stock bar supplies
• Create attractive displays of bottles and glasses
• Serve guests in a friendly manner
• Handle physical tasks like lifting and moving objects
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years bartending experience
• Smart Serve Certification (asset)
• Knowledge of drink recipes
• Ability to handle large crowds
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
