What will you do in this job?:

1. Strive to provide our guests with excellent service and memorable experiences in a professional and sincere manner.
2. Communicate effectively with all customers.
3. Prioritize employee and guest safety to maintain our reputation as an industry leader and guest safety advocate.
4. Provide courteous service to all guests.
5. Answer questions about the surroundings/menu.
6. Know the cocktail & drinks menu extensively and guide customers accordingly.
7. Use basic wine knowledge to guide customers based on food pairing and sweetness levels.
8. Execute proper wine service as trained by your Sommelier.
9. Know all food items on the menu.
10. Ensure all areas are clean and orderly at all times.
11. Keep stockrooms and storage areas neat and organized.
12. Follow and confirm that SOPs are adhered to and completed.
13. Manage cash and float security during operating hours.
14. Manage your own cash floats daily.

What skills and experience do you need for this job?:

1. Basic knowledge of the distilling process for main spirit groups (vodka, rum, gin, whiskeys).
2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
3. At least 1+ year of bar experience with a minimum of 6 months in a busy restaurant setting.
4. Guest service-oriented attitude.
5. Positive, proactive 'go-getter' mindset.
6. Ability to lift at least 15 pounds.
7. Ability to stand for long periods.
8. Flexible with work schedule (morning & evening shifts).
9. Proserve qualifications.
