A Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages and/or food to guests, ensuring outstanding guest service and contributing to the hotel's financial goals.

What will I be doing?

As a Bartender, your responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and responding to inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Mixing and garnishing beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Serving beverages and food to guests.
• Checking IDs and serving alcohol in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Handling payments accurately via the point-of-sale system, cash, credit/debit cards, and vouchers.
• Stocking and maintaining the bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and condiments.
• Ensuring the quality and safety of beverage perishables.
• Responding professionally to inebriated guests as needed.
