Bartender (Seasonal Full Time until October 1, 2025)

Join us as a Bartender (Seasonal Full Time until October 1, 2025) at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.

About the Role

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Preparing a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  2. Staying informed about all available products and informing servers accordingly
  3. Managing stock orders and inventory control
  4. Ensuring compliance with liquor regulations
  5. Selling, presenting, and serving beverages according to hotel standards
  6. Assisting with food running and other tasks as assigned
Qualifications

Candidates should have:

  • At least three years of experience in food and beverage, with bartending experience required
  • A hotel management diploma is an asset
  • Knowledge of wines, liquor, and beer
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts
  • Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting heavy objects
  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada
