Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience required.

Bartender (Seasonal Full Time until October 1, 2025)

What you will be doing :

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Prepare beverage orders including a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products available to the guest and keep Servers informed of the availability of bar products
  • Order stock, maintain inventory control, and ensure all beverages sold are accounted for
  • Ensure compliance with provincial liquor regulations
  • Sell, present and serve beverages in accordance with hotel standards
  • Carry out any other tasks as assigned, including running food for servers
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include :

  • Minimum three years of experience working in food and beverage, preferably in a restaurant / bar environment
  • Previous bartending experience Required
  • Hotel management diploma is an asset
  • Demonstrates knowledge and interest in wines, liquor and beer
  • Ability to consistently stand and walk through out shift
  • Aptitude for repetitive physical work including but not limited to : lifting heavy objects, some exceeding 100 lbs, moving heavy carts and pallets.

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining work authorization documents
