Position Overview

This role embodies exceptional guest service within our Food & Beverage team. As a Bartender, you will create memorable experiences by expertly crafting cocktails and serving food with warmth and enthusiasm.

Essential Job Functions

1. Provide guests with exceptional service through genuine engagement and attentiveness.
2. Prepare beverage orders, generate checks, and handle payments efficiently.
3. Maintain the bar's organization, ensuring all products are stocked and accessible.
4. Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages.
5. Reduce waste through efficient productivity methods.
6. Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and functionality of all refrigeration, storage, and work areas.

Physical Demands

• Ability to kneel, stoop, pull, grasp, lift, and carry 50-75 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk in confined spaces for entire shift.
• Manual dexterity to operate food and beverage equipment.

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of Bartending School or Mixology Certification preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 1-year bartending experience in a similar setting; hotel experience preferred.
• Alcohol Beverage Server Certification required.
• Food Handlers Certification required.
