We are seeking Bartender & Guest Services Support Staff to join our seasonal lodge operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, guest engagement, bartending, and creating memorable guest experiences in a remote luxury lodge setting.
This is a dynamic and hands-on role that combines bartending, dining room service, guest programming support, aurora experiences, and front-of-house operations. Successful candidates will be adaptable, guest-focused, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment where no two days are the same.
While this position formally reports to the Assistant Lodge Manager, team members may receive day-to-day operational direction from the Lodge Manager, Executive Chef, Sous Chef, guides, or other operational leads depending on operational requirements.
Working in a remote off-grid lodge environment requires flexibility, teamwork, professionalism, and adaptability. Team members should be prepared for changing priorities, varying schedules, and physically active workdays.
