Job summary

180 Drinks is seeking friendly and professional bartenders to join our mobile team for corporate, wedding, and private events in Milton, Ontario. This is a part-time role with weekday availability and opportunities to grow within the company.

You will prepare a range of beverages, offer recommendations, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and service at each event, while working independently or with the team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hospitality experience preferred.
• Smart serve certification required.
• Flexible availability (weekdays, evenings, weekends).
• Valid G license and a clear driving abstract (last 3 years).
• Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• Knowledge of spirits, wine and bartending equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options.
• Provide informed beverage recommendations to guests.
• Create personalized client experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Set up and tear down bars and equipment.

Job description

The Position:

We are looking for people able to fill the role of a Bartender to provide remarkable service at corporate, wedding, and private events. This is a part-time mobile bartending position during the week, with the opportunity to grow within the 180 Drinks team.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and serving a range of beverages including advanced cocktails, beer, wine, fresh juices, coffee, and tea.
• Able to provide knowledgeable recommendations for beverages to guests.
• Providing personalized client experiences.
• Maintaining standards for cleanliness and food safety.
• Setting up and tearing down food and beverage workstations/equipment.

Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry is an asset.
• Flexible availability to work days, evenings and nights during the week and on weekends.
• Smart serve certification.
• Able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• Have a vehicle with a valid G driver's license, insurance, and clean driver's abstract for the last 3 years.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Spirits, Wine and Bartending equipment.
