Job summary

The Landing Restaurant Group is hiring Bartenders to join our team in Canada. You will prepare and serve beverages, interact with guests, and maintain a clean bar area while ensuring safety and accuracy in cash handling.

Qualifications

Experience in hospitality or food service preferred.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Familiarity with POS systems for order processing.
Ability to handle cash and perform basic math accurately.
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes.
Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all food safety regulations.
Handle cash and operate the POS system efficiently.
Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age.
Upsell additional products when appropriate.
Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed.
