Job Purpose

The Bartender welcomes guests, takes and delivers food and beverage orders accurately and promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide menu, pricing, and allergen information
• Recognize and cultivate regular guests
• Use POS system accurately
• Serve food and drinks promptly and according to specifications
• Replenish stock during shifts
• Move furniture as directed
• Verify guest age before serving alcohol
• Follow precise drink recipes
• Address guest concerns positively and escalate when needed
• Comply with safety, health, and liquor laws
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Handle payments and close checks accurately
• Record and report safety hazards or equipment issues

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma preferred
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Valid Driver's License
• 21+ years of age
• Experience with POS systems and in full-service restaurants
• Knowledge of beer and spirits
• Strong guest relations and safety awareness
• Effective communication skills in English

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

Work indoors/outdoors, in a fast-paced environment, with physical demands including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and other physical tasks.
