Job summary

The MRG Group is seeking a hospitality-driven bartender to join our Vancouver venues Dublin Calling, Par-Tee Putt, and Slate. You bring confidence, efficiency, and craft to the bar, creating memorable moments for guests.

Experience with POS systems, Serving It Right certification, and a collaborative spirit will help teams move smoothly even during rushes. Enjoy daily programming, drinks specials, and a welcoming work culture.

Qualifications

• Must have hospitality-driven approach and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Bar experience and proficiency with POS systems (Square is a plus).
• Valid Serving It Right certification.
• Collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.

Responsibilities

You are a hospitality-driven professional who commands the bar with confidence, efficiency, and craft. You love creating positive, shareable moments whether you're recommending a favourite pint, shaking up a signature cocktail or keeping service moving during a rush. Warm, perceptive, and quick to read a room - you know how to make every guest feel like a regular from the moment they pull up a stool.

• Passionate about great hospitality and providing outstanding customer service!
• Previous bar experience and proficiency with POS systems (Square is a asset)
• Valid Serving it Right certification.
• A collaborative approach to team success.
• Natural troubleshooter capable of navigating challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with creative solutions.
