Qualifications

  • At least 2 years bartending experience in a similar environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move beer kegs, liquor, and wine boxes.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome each guest warmly and enthusiastically.
  • Maintain guest tabs and ensure accurate orders.
  • Check and maintain beer keg and liquor levels.

Job Description

You’ll learn our sought after set of systems and procedures while working closely with your FOH and BOH Teams. You love creativity and have a passion for making cocktails. You’ll bring a professional, enthusiastic work ethic each day and contribute in setting our restaurants apart and creating a rave worthy guest experience!

The Day to Day:

  • You’re a pro at making first impressions and welcome each guest warmly and enthusiastically.
  • You stay aware of your surroundings and offer a helping hand to any guest in need.
  • You’re enthusiastic about our offerings and share your menu knowledge to make the best recommendations.
  • You have a strong working knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer—and love sharing fun facts about our selections.
  • You’re a good time! Guests want to come back and sit at your bar again and again.
  • You value accuracy and organization when it comes to maintaining guest tabs, ordering food, and setting guests up before their food arrives.
  • You go above and beyond for special requests or celebrations, and you take food preferences and guest allergies seriously.
  • You’re a team player and communicate respectfully with all staff and managers to ensure smooth service.
  • You move through the restaurant with focused urgency.
  • You take ownership of your bar—checking and maintaining beer keg and liquor levels, conducting inventory, and assisting the manager with inventory orders.
  • You perform other duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications
  • Valid Pro Serve Certified
  • Proficient inEnglish
  • At least 2 years bartending experience in a similar environment
  • Impeccable wine, beer and classic cocktail knowledge
  • Passion for food, beverage and providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to multi-task and be a strong lounge server
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and able to lift and move beer kegs, liquor and wine boxes
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Available evenings, weekends and holidays
