State & Main is seeking a Bartender who thrives in a fast-paced environment, crafts great drinks, and delivers a welcoming guest experience. You’ll be the life of the bar, mixing beverages with precision and delivering friendly, engaging service.

You’ll engage guests, work with the front-of-house team, and stay updated on the menu while maintaining bar cleanliness and responsible service.

Responsibilities

• Craft a variety of drinks with speed and precision, ensuring each one meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, approachable manner, creating a welcoming and memorable experience.
• Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to provide exceptional service, keeping communication open during busy shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring it’s fully stocked and operational throughout your shift.
• Stay up-to-date with our beverage menu and any daily specials, recommending drinks that align with guest preferences.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol, ensuring responsible service and compliance with legal regulations.
• Handle guest payments and manage the cash drawer accurately, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.
• Assist in creating new drink specials or cocktail ideas in collaboration with the bar team and management.
