Qualifications

• ProServe certification required.
• At least 1+ year bar experience in a busy restaurant.
• Excellent guest service and high-energy service mindset.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Provide courteous, professional service to guests and communicate menu options clearly.
• Maintain safety culture and ensure SOP compliance in all operations.
• Guide guests on drinks and food pairings and maintain extensive knowledge of the menu.
• Handle cash and POS responsibilities with accuracy and integrity.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and stockrooms orderly.

The starting wage for this role is $17.00/hour.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESStriving to provide our guests with excellent service and memorable experiences in a professional and sincere mannerAble to communicate effectively to all customersMake employee and guest safety a cultural cornerstone to maintain our reputation as an industry leader and guest safety advocateCourteous service to all guestsAnswer questions when asked about the surroundings/menuKnow cocktail & drinks menu extensively and able to guide customers accordinglyUse basic wine knowledge to guide customers accordingly – based on food pairing, sweetness levelsKnow all food items on menuEnsuring that all areas are clean and orderly at all timesEnsuring stockrooms and storage are neat and organized at all timesCertify and confirm that SOP’s are followed and completedEnsuring proper cash and float security during operating hoursManage your own cash floats on a daily basisREQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSBasic knowledge on the distilling process of each main spirit group (i.e. vodka, rum, gin, whiskeys )Proserve qualificationThrives in a fast paced, high energy work environmentAt least 1+ year bar experience with a minimum of 6 months working in a busy restaurant environmentGuest service oriented with a positive, ‘go getter’ attitudeAble to lift at least 15 poundsAble to stand for long periods of timeFlexible with work schedule (morning & evening shifts)About Us:We're more than a hospitality and attractions company.
