SEASONAL- FULL TIME (SUMMER)

HOURLY WAGE: $17.52 PLUS GRATUITIES

4 TO 5 SHIFTS PER WEEK

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Opening and closing the bar by completing any necessary prep work and closing duties to prepare the area for the following shift
• Processing orders using the point-of-sale system in place
• Ensuring the accuracy of cash-out deposits by carefully monitoring cash exchanges, proof of debit/credit transactions, and attention to detail on end-of-shift reports
• Maintaining excellent product knowledge, including regular inventory checks and special features to educate guests on offerings in a friendly, animated, and efficient manner
• Completing accurate inventory and ordering/maintaining par stocks, keeping the bar stocked at all times
• Checking guest IDs as mandated by the LLBO (any guest 25 and under must be carded)
• Acting as a sales agent, preparing cocktails, pouring draft, and understanding food service

WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have a Smart Serve Certificate
• Prior bartending experience considered an asset
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with POS systems considered an asset
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in presentation
