Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Minimum 2 years’ bar and service experience.
• Positive, professional attitude and presentation.
• Must be flexible in availability, inclusive of weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions with guests.
• Fulfill guest needs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure complete knowledge of menu offerings.
• Handle cash and credit transactions and utilize POS system.
• Set up and close bars as per guidelines.
• Ensure all ingredients, products and glassware are prepared in advance.
• Complete tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
• Practice Responsible Beverage Service protocol.
• Promote teamwork, friendliness and courtesy.
• Serve food as required.

What You Will Do :

What You Need to Succeed :

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol

• Strong wine and food knowledge
• Positive, professional attitude and presentation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to walk or stand for nearly 100% of each shift
• Must be flexible in availability, inclusive of weekends, days, evenings and required holidays
