At Oak Island Resort & Conference Centre, we have an immediate opening for a Bartender. If you are passionate about exceptional service and creating memories for our guests of all ages in our food & beverage outlets, we want you!

What You Will Do

• Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions with guests.
• Fulfill guest needs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure complete knowledge of menu offerings.
• Handle cash and credit transactions and utilize POS system.
• Set up and close bars as per guidelines.
• Prepare ingredients, products and glassware in advance.
• Complete tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
• Practice Responsible Beverage Service protocol.
• Promote teamwork, friendliness and courtesy.
• Serve food as required.

What You Need to Succeed
