POSITION LOCATED IN DIGBY, NOVA SCOTIA -

Do you love being where great rounds turn into great stories and where the views are amazing? Join our team at Digby Pines Golf Course as a Bartender-Server!

You'll craft refreshing drinks, serve golfers and guests with a smile, and help create the perfect 19th hole experience. Whether it’s post-round pints, patio cocktails, or tournament celebrations, you'll keep the good times rolling.

What You’ll Do :

• Mix and serve drinks to golfers and clubhouse guests with energy and professionalism.
• Deliver casual bar service on the patio, at tournaments, or from our beverage cart (if applicable).
• Create a welcoming atmosphere — remembering guest preferences and adding personal touches.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar : Stock supplies, keep the bar area tidy, and follow all health and safety standards.
• Process payments quickly and accurately using the POS system.
• Help with light food service : Snacks, grab-and-go items, or quick lunches when needed.
• Support golf tournaments, weddings, and special events at the course.
• Stay on top of daily checks : Inventory, cleaning checklists, closing / opening duties.
• Take food orders from guests in our 19th Hole eatery, ensuring quick, friendly, and accurate service.

What You Bring :

• Bartending experience (golf course, clubhouse, resort, or casual bar experience a plus!)
• Smart Right certification (or ability to obtain).
• A love of golf (or at least a love of being outdoors with great people!).
• Positive, energetic attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently during slower periods.
• Physical ability to lift 20–30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
