Bartenders are the core of the Front of House team, responsible for expertly mixing cocktails and pouring drinks to ensure our Guests have an exceptional Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. They focus on serving perfect drinks consistently and building rapport with Guests through conversation and attentive service. Bartenders also promote a fun and safe work environment, contributing positively to our workplace culture.

Responsibilities: What does a successful Bartender look like?

• Maintains composure and thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Builds relationships with regular Guests by remembering their names and engaging in conversations, such as sports discussions.
• Knows how to craft all drinks to Boston Pizza standards.
• Is committed to upholding the 'Foundations of Hospitality,' Boston Pizza's Brand Standards, and Food Safety protocols.
• Communicates effectively with the Front of House team to ensure smooth drink service.
