The customer experience is central to our service. You are passionate about providing excellent service, knowledgeable about beers and cocktails, and eager to ensure customers enjoy their drinks in line with 3 Brasseurs' standards. You act as a brand ambassador, working with your team to create memorable experiences from arrival to departure.

Your Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by adhering to established standards
  • Greet customers warmly and assess their needs
  • Promote the brewery's tap, featured beers, or explore customer preferences
  • Serve beer and cocktails according to standards
  • Prepare and serve cocktails following established procedures
  • Prioritize initial drinks and prepare orders for the entire restaurant
  • Maintain cleanliness of glasses and the bar area
  • Manage each service stage to ensure customer satisfaction, listening and responding to their needs
  • Create desire by suggesting appetizers, main courses, desserts, and beer-food pairings
  • Accurately take orders, communicate with the kitchen, and follow up
  • Ensure dishes are presented impeccably and served correctly
  • Set tables according to standards and maintain cleanliness throughout service
  • Promote programs, promotions, and loyalty initiatives
  • Assist customers with their choices and offer beer samples if appropriate
  • Handle billing and payments following standards
  • Keep workspaces and the restaurant clean
  • Remain visible and accessible to customers at all times
  • Support team members and collaborate effectively
