Duties and Responsibilities

1. Serve food and beverages with outstanding customer service
2. Check identification to verify age requirements for alcohol purchase
3. Balance bank drawer
4. Manage issues related to excessive drinking, including persuading customers to stop drinking or arranging transportation for intoxicated patrons
5. Clean glasses, utensils, bar equipment, and linens
6. Take food and beverage orders from patrons in various settings
7. Serve wine, beer, or mixed drinks
8. Maintain cleanliness of bar, restaurant, and banquet areas
9. Stock and organize beverages, mixers, garnishes, and supplies
10. Set up and tear down for group events
