BARTENDER

Job Title: Bartender
Reports To: Restaurant Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a genuine love for creating exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Guest Service:
   Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
   Take accurate and efficient drink orders.
   Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, including classic and signature drinks.
   Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all orders.
   Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
   Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
   Build rapport with regular guests to foster loyalty.
2. Bar Operations:
   Maintain adequate stock levels of all bar supplies.
   Assist with inventory management and ordering.
   Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
   Comply with all liquor licensing regulations.
   Assist with the set-up and breakdown of the bar area.
3. Teamwork:
   Collaborate effectively with other members of the service team.
   Assist with other restaurant duties as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
2. Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
5. Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
6. Responsible alcohol service and knowledge of liquor laws.
7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
