Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional bartender to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of mixology in one of the world's premier hospitality establishments.

• Expertly prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including complex signature cocktails, in accordance with established recipes and guest preferences.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organization, and inventory management of the bar area at all times.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills, fostering a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere while adhering to the establishment's standards of excellence.
• Operate point-of-sale systems with precision, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of all financial transactions.
• Strictly adhere to all food safety regulations and local liquor laws, maintaining compliance at all times.
• Conduct regular inventory assessments and implement proper stock rotation procedures to minimize waste and maintain product quality.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless and timely delivery of food and beverage orders.
• Actively participate in ongoing professional development sessions to enhance mixology skills and stay current with industry trends and techniques.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, implementing swift and appropriate resolutions to maintain guest satisfaction.
