Job summary

Boston Pizza in Goderich, Ontario, is seeking a Bartender to join our Front of House team. You will mix cocktails and pour drinks, ensuring guests receive an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish while building relationships at the bar through conversation and attentive service.

Qualifications

• Experience bartending or mixing cocktails preferred.
• Ability to create a welcoming bar experience for guests.
• Strong communication with front-of-house and guests.

Responsibilities

• Mix cocktails and pour drinks to Boston Pizza standards.
• Engage with guests at the bar and build relationships through conversation.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and stock, ensuring safety and accuracy.

Bartender

Bartenders are the engine of the Front of House, they carefully mix up cocktails and pour drinks for all of our Guests. They are responsible for ensuring that our most important people, our Guests, have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. Dedicated to serving our Guests perfect drinks, every time, they are also great at building relationships at the bar through conversation and situational serving. • Builds relationships with regulars at the bar by getting to know their names or chatting about sports.
• Knows how to mix up all drinks to Boston Pizza standards

• Effectively communicates with the Front of House team to keep drink service moving quickly

Pay Range: $17.60 - $17.60 CAD Hourly
