Job summary

Boston Pizza International, Inc. (Calgary) is seeking a Bartender to craft cocktails and serve drinks while delivering outstanding guest experiences in a lively bar setting.

You will build relationships with guests, maintain beverage quality, and support the front-of-house team to ensure timely service. The ideal candidate excels in high-pressure environments, communicates clearly, and represents Boston Pizza standards in all drink preparation and service.

Qualifications

• Able to deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced bar environment.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and Boston Pizza drink standards.
• Excellent communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Prep and pour cocktails and drinks according to standards.
• Greet guests, take orders, and process payments at the bar.
• Maintain bar stock and cleanliness; support opening/closing duties.
• Engage guests, build relationships, and ensure a safe, welcoming atmosphere.

Bartender

Bartenders are the engine of the Front of House, they carefully mix up cocktails and pour drinks for all of our Guests. They are responsible for ensuring that our most important people, our Guests, have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. Dedicated to serving our Guests perfect drinks, every time, they are also great at building relationships at the bar through conversation and situational serving.
