Job Description: Bartender at SSP America

Join SSP America as a Bartender and enjoy engaging with guests while serving hand-crafted beverages and delicious food. Our bartenders stay updated on industry trends, craft beverages with attention to detail, and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and promptly.
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks using recipes and portion control.
• Input orders into the POS system, create checks, and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain the bar setup and stock fresh garnishes, juices, and perishables daily.
• Adhere to all liquor regulations regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
• Perform cleaning tasks to meet health standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• At least one year of bartending experience with required certification.
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of alcohol.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and measurements.
• Legal permits for food handling and alcohol service as required.
• Ability to promote menu items and remember drink recipes.
