What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for lodge guests
  2. Collaborate with the Lodge Chef for wine pairings
  3. Manage on-site beverage inventory and working supplies
  4. Responsible for ordering, receiving, and daily record keeping of all alcohol sales through the on-site POS system
  5. Maintain a clean and professional work area

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Valid Serving It Right Certificate
  2. Strong foundational knowledge of wines, beers, and liquors
  3. Minimum of 3 years of bartending experience
  4. Experience with ordering and inventory management
  5. Background in luxury hospitality or fine dining, preferred
