The Partnership Manager is one of two key leadership positionsresponsible for overseeing and executing strategic partnership activities,stewardship, program development, revenue-generating initiatives, and thesuccessful implementation of all activities outlined in the Barrett Centre ofInnovation in Sustainable Urban Agriculture (Barrett Centre) agreement.
Working closely with the Barrett Centre’s Strategic Initiatives Manager,this role focuses on establishing and expanding partnerships with industry,government, community stakeholders, and other key organizations. A primaryobjective is to leverage funding and resources to enhance the Barrett Centre’sinitiatives, fostering sustainable growth and impact while ensuring meaningfulcommunity integration.
This role is instrumental in ensuring the Barrett Centre achieves itsproject goals while fostering long-term partnerships, advancing urbanagriculture, establishing a scalable and adaptable model for sustainable urbanagriculture, and expanding access to farming resources, knowledge, and bestpractices in collaboration with the broader community. Additionally, it plays avital role in fostering student success, cultivating an innovation mindset, andenhancing career readiness through mentorship, industry partnerships, andapplied learning opportunities.
