Qualifications

• Previous barista or food and beverage experience in a high-volume environment required.
• Schedule flexibility, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30+ lbs and be able to be on your feet for 8 hours or more.

Our Baristas play an integral role in the overall success of the stylish gourmet outlet through portraying excellent communication and attention to detail.

Do you have a passion for making high quality beverages while working in a fast paced environment running food, demonstrating effective table maintenance and exceeding guests’ expectations?

What you will be doing:

• Discuss food and beverage items, make suggestions and answer any guest inquiries in the Vermillion Room at breakfast service
• Take guest orders accurately and process purchases using the POS system
• Operate coffee making equipment and present beverages according to recipe and presentation standards
• Have full knowledge of all food and beverage menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Maintain accurate billing, cash handling and float procedures

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Must have Pro-Serve Certification
• Previous barista or food and beverage experience in a high-volume and fast paced environment required
• Previous point-of-sale system experience required
• Schedule flexibility, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays
• Must be able to lift and carry 30+ lbs and be able to be on your feet for 8 hours or more
