As a Starbucks barista, you’ll create the Starbucks Experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products. You’ll work in an energetic environment, mastering your food & beverage craft, collaborating with team members, and meeting new people daily. Experience and Qualifications:

• No previous experience required.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Meet store policies, including providing quality beverages and food, cash handling, and safety standards.
• Engage with customers effectively, understanding and responding to their needs.
• Prepare food and beverages according to recipes, including customizations.
• Perform various tasks within the store during each shift.

• Ability to learn quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
