As a Starbucks barista, you’ll create the Starbucks Experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products. You’ll work in an energetic store environment, mastering your food & beverage craft, collaborating with friends, and meeting new people every day. A cup of coffee and a smile can go a long way, and we believe our baristas have the power to be the best moment in each customer’s day.

Minimum Qualifications:

• No previous experience required.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Meet store policies including providing quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety.
• Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs.
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customize as needed.
• Perform various tasks within the store during each shift.
