As a Starbucks barista, you’ll create the Starbucks Experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products. Basic Qualifications
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Meet store policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety.
  • Engage with customers and respond to their needs through clear, pleasant communication.
  • Prepare food and beverages according to recipes or customer specifications.
  • Perform various tasks within the store during each shift.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions, requesting clarification when needed.
